The wine is made from a blend of Merlot e Sangiovese, with prevalence of the first and in varying percentages depending on the vintages. Bothe red grapes are cultivated with modified spurred cordon and with a very small number of gems.
The grapes are harvested in early October.
The fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
After about 9 months of aging in neutral vessels, the wine is bottled at before being released to the market not before he spent 3 months in the bottle for aging.
